Billing and Your Plan

What TraceForge costs, subscribing, changing users, and cancelling.

What It Costs

$199/month with 3 users included, plus $39/month for each additional user. There’s a one-time $149 setup fee, charged with your first monthly payment. A user is one TraceForge login.

Subscribing

  1. Go to Billing (Dashboard → Billing & system → Billing).
  2. Pick how many users and click Subscribe. Your card is entered on Stripe’s secure page, never in TraceForge.
Good to Know
  • Subscribing during your free trial doesn’t charge you until the trial ends.
  • If the trial ends without a subscription, the collections screens stop working but nothing is deleted. Subscribe and you’re right back where you left off.

Changing Users, Your Card, or Cancelling

On Billing, change the number of users and save; Stripe adjusts this month’s bill. Card, invoices & cancel opens Stripe’s billing page to update your card, download invoices or cancel.
