Moving From CollectionsMax
Use CollectionsMax and TraceForge side by side, and how a full move works.
What Comes Over
Debtor info, phones, addresses, employer, references, assets, notes and payment history. Card and bank numbers are never copied. CollectionsMax itself is only read, never changed.
Moving Everything
When you’re ready to switch for good, contact help@traceforge.solutions and the move is set up with you. Until then, accounts copied from CollectionsMax for skip batches only show on the skip-batch screens, so they never mix with the accounts you load into TraceForge.
The CollectionsMax tab and the CollectionsMax payments view (Payments tab) only show for agencies that have CollectionsMax connected.
No CollectionsMax, or Can’t Connect?
Export your accounts from your current system to Excel or CSV and load them with Import placements. That works with any collections software.
